Refund & Cancellation Policy

Training Course Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy for training courses is as follows:

• More than 14 days before course: Full refund or reschedule at no charge
• 7-14 days before course: 75% refund or reschedule at no charge
• Less than 7 days before course: 50% refund or reschedule with $50 fee
• No-show: No refund; may reschedule with $100 fee

Course Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests must be made by contacting our office at least 24 hours before the scheduled course start time. Rescheduled sessions must be completed within 90 days of the original course date. One reschedule is permitted per registration.

Inspection Services

For inspection and consulting services:

• Cancellations more than 48 hours before scheduled inspection: Full refund
• Cancellations less than 48 hours: 50% cancellation fee
• Rescheduling is available at no charge with 24-hour notice

MICRIST Cancellations

In the rare event that MICRIST Environmental must cancel a scheduled course or service, we will provide a full refund or reschedule at your preference. We will make every effort to provide at least 7 days notice of any cancellation.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation, please contact us at info@micrist.com or call (509) 555-0123. Include your registration confirmation number and the reason for your request. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days.
